Pour 175ml of Thomas & Evans zero-proof over ice. Garnish with a slice of apple and a sprig of rosemary.
Pukka Turmeric Gold Cocktail
Brew 250ml of Pukka Herbs Turmeric Gold tea (three bags should do it), strain and leave to cool. Add lime juice to taste. Muddle 50mls of the resulting blend with ice, honey and mint leaves (again to taste). Top up with cloudy lemonade.
Fentiman’s Pink Grapefruit Tonic
Pour this beautifully hued Fentiman’s tonic over ice and garish with a chunk of pink grapefruit.
There are loads of alcohol-free lagers out there but only one decent ale. If that’s your thing, Brewdog‘s Nanny State is something of a revelation. Serve straight from the bottle or in a glass as you see fit.
