LUCY LOVES

Shopping
Collen & Clare is a fantastic place to find the latest designer clothes.

Eating
We love Black Olive for artisan food and the Two Magpies Bakery for the best cakes and pastries on the High Street. Fifty One is also perfect for a sit-down family lunch. Pick up some Champagne for a picnic from the Adnams Brewery shop – it’s so good.

Sunny Days v. Rainy Days
We love taking the ferry to Walberswick to go crabbing. Also, get fish and chips on Southwold Pier – you can walk from there down to the sandy beach. On a rainy day, go to the pottery painting studio at Gallery Thea or take a tour of the Lighthouse.

play

SOUTHWOLD BOATING LAKE
Challenge the kids to a paddleboat race, then sink into Lloyd Loom chairs in the 1940s tea hut for a cream tea. During the summer, battle for the Model Yacht Regatta Cup (all ages of sailor welcome).
